Robby Peña is an architectural professional with over 10 years of experience. He joined ODP in 2017 and was tasked with managing the team producing drawings for One Bayfront Plaza, a mixed-use residential building which, upon completion, will be one of the two tallest buildings in Miami.

He also coordinated schematic design and construction documents for the Apple flagship store in Aventura and completed the construction documents and construction administration for Asher, a twenty-two story mixed-use residential building in Tampa.

Robby is currently leading a team of six, overseeing four three residential buildings that are part of a 25-acre master plan in Naples, FL. Coordinating all phases of development from schematic design to the construction administration. 

Prior to this, Robby worked on Forma, a thirty-seven story mixed-use tower. His responsibilities included overseeing design and coordinating building information modeling with all trades. 

He previously worked in New York City with Costas Kondylis, where he contributed to a wide variety of projects including a master-plan proposal for a resort in Dominican Republic, a mega-tower complex in Turkey and a waterfront residential building in Coney Island.

Robby also worked at a construction company as a project design manager where he performed exterior building and façade renovations and assisted building managers to comply with NYC local law requirements.

He graduated from New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor of Architectural Technology then earned a Master’s of Architecture degree from Florida International University, natively fluent in English and Spanish.
